Handful was born from a love of NYC’s most iconic sandwich, the Chopped Cheese. We take 100% grass-fed and finished Pat LaFrieda beef, prepared in beef tallow (never seed oils), chop it up with New School American Cheese and put it all in a freshly baked Leaven & Co hero.
